Objectives and Key Deliverables
"The Project"
A large estate located in the South East of England has got one incoming connection for electricity, gas, steam and water supply to the estate. The supply is privately distributed across the estate and supplied to a large number of users. The estate company pays for the supply of the utilities and recharges it's users for their consumption based on metered usage/ fixed fees.
The energy recharging is currently calculated through a range of different documents in Excel and we are looking to create a streamlined billing process in Excel or an equivalent program.
