Objectives and Key Deliverables
We currently run 3 independent bakery manufacturing units with 3 different sales team.
Different people, different processes, different market segments. All around London.
We are working at getting these people lined up behind a joint strategy.
A good start is to have them get together and trained on innovative and modern sales practices:
• how to uncover customer “unrecognized” needs
• how to manage complex decision making ecosystems
• how to create a win-win atmosphere (negotiation skills)
• how to get to a yes and close the deal
There are a lot of research and templates so we will need to know which one is the consultant planning to use.
We are looking at a 1 to 2 days preparation (face to face) and 1 day workshop.
The deliverable will be a simple, agreed playbook of how we, as a team, conduct sales in line with our long term vision.
The consultant will need to have experience in running workshops with a lot of energy and enthusiasm. This is as much a team building exercise as it is a sales strategy workshop, so energy is key.
The consultant must have experience building a sales team behind a strong method. Experience should be in B2B.
Must be someone well informed in the latest sales techniques and strategies.
Workshop end July or August.
