Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a global professional services firm and we are currently seeking two Change Management and Communications Consultants with different seniorities to support our client, a Chemical manufacturer, as a Change Management Office Team Lead/ Team Member. The role is to start in September and is based on-site in KSA.
Key Requirements and Experience:
· 3-8+ years experience including solid Transformation experience (preferably Finance
Transformation) and relevant industry, finance and technology knowledge.
· Change Management principles
· Senior stakeholder engagement
· Presentation and facilitation
· Communication planning and execution
· Change Impact Assessment, including associated risk indicators/severity
· Mentoring, coaching & people development
· Training preparations and execution
Daily rate is negotiable depending on seniority and fit.
