Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a provider of computer-aided design (“CAD”) software to the kitchen and bathroom retail industries.
Develop historical KPIs (ACV, bookings, churn) using source data from CRM / billing systems and handover a process for these KPIs to be updated internally on a go forward basis using data extracts from those systems. The compiled data will be used to support the trajectory of the 2020 budget and as a historical baseline to compare KPIs presented in management and board packs which will be generated from a new CRM system beginning 2020. The required dimensions of the data e.g. by license type, product line and geography are already defined however the validity/accuracy of the inputs for each dimension will need to be assessed as part of this project.
Support from company
CFO project lead.
Point of contact in each of finance and sales ops to provide historical data extracts and support on data validation.
CFO / CCO will participate in review sessions and ultimate data sign-off.
Coordination with internal team to collect complete data set.
Ability to interpret large amounts of data.
Ability to work with incomplete data sets and arrive at practical best effort solutions.
Strong modelling skills.
Understanding of software KPIs.
Duration is 3-4 weeks for 2-3 days per week
Start: Ideally next week, otherwise week after
Needs to be London based (office is in Hammersmith)
