Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a PE backed business created by a horizontal merger of two similar sized companies. The opportunities for synergy have been catalogued and we are now executing across functions. This role will report to the VP of Transformation, who requires additional support due to the scale of the project.

• Working across functions driving integration synergies
• Creating polished documents (e.g. memos) that succinctly
outline corporate strategies and the steps/responsibilities
needed to undertake them

The ideal consultant would have experience at the Associate or Manager level. Key experience requirements, include:

1. Quick and adaptive learner who has successfully worked across multiple business functions
2. Ability to work independently within a quantitative environment. This includes being able to interpret and synthesize data into deliverables that can be shared with a C-Suite audience
3. Management of multiple complex projects across long time periods and multiple stakeholders

This consultant will need to be based full time in Los Angeles with no T&E to relocate.
