Objectives and Key Deliverables

A small aerospace manufacturing
company are looking to utilise the skill set of an experienced manufacturing
operations manager to join their company on a 4-12 week project to increase
their production efficiency and output.

 The client is looking to find a
consultant to work onsite, overview their current operational process and
procedures and then suggest/make changes to increase their production
efficiency and output.


The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a successful manufacturing operations manager ideally with experience within the aerospace industry. The consultant must be an expert in continuous improvement within direct experience in improving machining and production performance. The project length will depend on initial assessment and suggestions, however the client is looking at a range of 4 to 12 weeks.  This will be based in Romford, Kent and as such the consultant must be able to work within the region. Please Note. Only candidates able to physically work in the UK during the dates advertised will be accepted.
