A global construction company is looking for a full appraisal of Middle Eastern countries Infrastructure developments. They are seeking to make an assessment on market development. They currently have relationships with the Middle East, but more in a professional service capacity. They are looking for countries with a high level of infrastructure development so that they can try to expand their construction work within these countries. The first stage (1 Week) is to identify the key markets within the Middle East in terms of spend on infrastructure identifying which sectors of infrastructure are the most successful, in terms growth, and potential, for market entry. Stage 2: (3 week) analysis of the corruption levels within this Market within the leading 2 -3 countries. The the client believes that the CPI index (corruption Index) is largely inaccurate when it comes to construction. This company maintains a highly ethical approach and is keen to avoid any sectors where this is not mirrored.
Analysis of leading countries/ growth countries in the Middle East in terms infrastructure development. Identification of leading types of infrastructure within each country. (Week 1) Weeks 2-4 Full analysis of the levels of corruption within the leading infrastructure development countries, and an assessment of whether there is a potential to move away from professional services to full construction.The ideal candidate will have - An understanding of the Middle East- Background in corporate governance. - An Understanding of the construction sector/ infrastructure. - A strong research and analysis background.
