Background & Objectives

We
have recently been approached by our client, a leading E-Commerce platform.

They
are looking for a strategic consultant to help them validate the
thinking by :

PHASE 1-PART TIME INITIALLY:


Conducting consumer
research both through focus groups and through 3rd party research
(including selecting the vendor and working with them to define and
fine-tune research parameters)
 Analyzing existing
watch consumer online search data to determine what they are looking
for and how best to serve their needs from both an SEO and product
perspective


PHASE 2-FULL TIME POST RESEARCH:


Defining post-research
product strategy and implementation plan
Developing business plan including
traffic growth and financial projections
Project development and
management

Key deliverables

Ideally,
the consultant will be someone experienced in developing strategy and
implementation for Chinese Internet companies. Our client will prefer that they
were part-time during a 2-3 month research and planning stage and later full
time during the implementation and project management phase.
