Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a leading management consultancy who are working with a full-service IT service provider (SI) in Asia with (~8000 employees).
Our client is a full service SI, including IT Consulting, App. Development, App. Maintenance & Infra. Services, who have been minimally successful in the last ~30 months in Scaling out Agile & DevOps adoption.
Project to start within the next 2 weeks and run for 12 weeks, with a possible extension of an additional 12 weeks. Full-time role based on-site in Singapore.
As part of the engagement, we have to guide our client in adopting Agile & DevOps, practices.
Specifically the deliverable is to design Agile & DevOps adoption roadmap and to guide its execution.
Senior, mature consultant who is able to speak to executives around adoption journeys as well roll up sleeves and guide project teams to adopt practices.
Well- rounded IT experience (Director and above) with 15-20+ years of experience in Agile implementation at a team / project level AND at an enterprise level.
Led Agile & DevOps transformation journeys for clients, in a leadership capacity - journeys must be at scale, i.e. not pilots but enterprise wide adoption
Led Agile & DevOps transformations, preferably for large IT service providers (e.g. in Accenture, IBM, Capgemini etc.)
Been instrumental in adopting Agile & DevOps in the government sector
Evangelist in the agile community that regularly publish papers, speak at conferences and contribute to agile interest groups
Ability to work at an abstract level and continuously ‘pivot’ to arrive at the highest impact answer for the client
Ability to move between strategic discussions with senior client leaders to tackle on the ground agile coaching with teams
