We are a global healthcare organisation that integrates real-world evidence, health economics, outcomes research, consulting, and health intelligence.
We currently have a team of remote sales/engagement professionals across EMEA (UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Sweden).
We are looking for someone to assess the current engagement model and identify areas for development. This may be our overall engagement model, sales process, KPI's, sales execution.
We are working on a unique program that is building a hospital network across EMEA with a view to extracting oncology data to better equip clinicians and enable them to prescribe the most appropriate recipe of anti cancer medicines.
Given the highly specialist nature of the program we have hired people that do not fully have the skillset that can be applied to the roles we are hiring them to do now.
As a result there are gaps in experience/knowledge and we need a coach to be able to identify these gaps and recommend and potentially execute a plan to enable the sales team to be more effective. Therefore, we need a consultant with experience in healthcare (for instance a sales trainer or former sales director) who has experience with selling services in the healthcare sector.
The budget indicated here is the maximum budget. Please apply with a day rate that is suitable for your experience level. The project will kick off within the next four weeks.
