Background & Objectives
We are a fast growing, privately owned, media focused software development group of businesses considering sale options.
We have prepared a prospectus and received pitches from brokers. We now require outstanding independent advice to ensure we realise the best possible return.
Tangible guidance to ensure the group is sold for the highest possible EBITDA multiple.
The consultant must have taken one or more (£15m+ value) businesses through an exit process – either as an incumbent senior leader or in an advisory capacity
The consultant must be UK based and able to meet regularly (e.g. weekly) in person in East Sussex. The consultant should be prepared to provide input for approx. a day a week through the duration of the sales process.
A media / technology background is desirable, as is experience gained operating in N. America
