Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are looking to reorganise one of our CPG portfolio companies and need some expert advise. At a high level, the person would be able to provide best practices of org models (based on other CPG/F&B companies they’re familiar with), communicate the tradeoffs of different approaches, have tactical advice for how to determine the optimal model for a company, and help co-create a recommended org chart.
We’re looking for somebody who has very deep knowledge on org design / operating models, specific to CPG or food & bev companies. The consultant could either be a former executive who is familiar with these topics and ideally has been through some restructuring initiatives, and can speak to the tradeoffs of different models (e.g. geo-focused org, functional-focused org, matrix). Or it could be a relatively senior former consultant (probably Principal or above) who has worked on multiple projects like these. In either case the industry-specific experience (CPG / F&B) is important.
