Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a FTSE listed multinational Energy company.

Urgent request - For the HR and Corporate Portfolio, we are in search of a very senior PM, who can pull things together, set-up a structure in a complex environment. The Project Manager will need to collaborate with Contract & Procurement, SOM, Portfolio Manager, ITM, and other resources from different businesses like ITSO, UP, DS, P&T (depending were there are Adobe contracts available). So we expect the Project Manager will need to have skills on contracting, C&P process and be able to work with stakeholders of the aforementioned businesses.

On the Adobe contract – the aim is one contract for the business, so consolidate all the current ones that we have into one master agreement. So, this is not only with GF, but there are many other ones in different businesses (example: ITSO has Adobe Reader licenses) involved. We would like to bring this all together, so across the business and globally. Challenges are that some of the contracts are up for renewal, and need to be settled end Nov. Specifics:
We are looking to consolidate all the existing Adobe agreements and renegotiate an ELA master agreement by November
It’s a multi-million dollar negotiation which requires a PM to start immediately, due to the complexity of the business and IT landscape
We utilise almost the entire Adobe stack and have separate contracts for each product (Marketing Cloud x 5 apps, Creative Cloud, Document Cloud)
We have multiple contracts owned across ITSO, DS IT, GF IT, Retail and External Relations
Some are IT managed and some business managed, some are fully adopted/mature and some are nascent/still in PoC
Cross-charging is an item that we need to look into as part of the negotiation strategy.

Preference will be given to consultants based in the Netherlands.

6-months with a high possibility to extend.
