Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a leading Fintech, changing the world through a money transfer service.
Due to significant growth, we’re looking for a Global Head of KYC Operations to join our growing team in Budapest or Tallinn. In this unique and newly created role, you will drive a global strategy focusing on efficiency and automation
Build and develop a robust and compliant customer on-boarding program.
Lead the design of the vision and strategy, in making the process faster, easier and cheaper with a clear customer focus.
Build and develop a people strategy that allows execution upon the vision - cross functions and locations.
Drive improvement initiatives and manage an efficient process while providing continuous effective risk management and control.
Set KPI’s and developmental objectives across the current team of 184 people (6 regional teams across 4 offices) and growing
Utilise data and user research to optimise our on-boarding experience and transform how we currently fight financial crime and fulfil regulatory obligations.
Oversee team budgets and high-level reporting.
A bit about you:
You have great communication skills.
You have in depth understanding of AML/CTF legislation and regulations and their commercial and customer impact.
You’re data-driven, with a head for numbers, you know how to prioritise the impact you have on our customers through KPIs (we want to see examples of how you’ve moved metrics before).

You can continuously reshape organisational best practices to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
