Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a PE backed lettings agency recently formed from two separate companies. As part of the next steps, we are looking to centralise some support functions taking away the administrative burden currently with the branches. One of the pre acquired businesses has a shared service centre but the other doesn’t so we are looking to centralise into two separate centres before potentially merging in the long term.

Three steps:
1. Understand current process within service centre
2. Working with internal resources to map the to-be process in the newly created service centre
3. Plan implementation

Direct experience working on process mapping and able to work in Wokingham without travel expenses.
Preferences include:
1. Big 4 (consulting arm) experience
2. Lean Six Sigma
3. Real estate experience
