One of our portfolio companies provides medical products such as wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and motorised scooters to hospitals and health insurers in over 130 countries worldwide. The company has over 2000 employees and revenues of over €450m.
We want to ensure that the prices of these products are optimised for each market and are looking to bring in an expert in pricing to execute this.
This role will require significant travel. The HQs are based in Germany and the UK but you will be travelling and working with local teams across the US, France and Spain to identify how they implement pricing changes, what current prices are, and how they can optimise these going forward.
You will analyse the information provided to you by each team in order to develop a "pricing blueprint". This pricing blueprint will be the go-to document for deciding how, if, and when pricing changes need to be changed for each product.
You may also be required to hold workshops.
This role will require you to; keep clear and transparent communication between the teams and key stakeholder, manage multiple deliverables at the same time, make decisions in order to ensure that pricing points are fully optimised.
