Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a leading global Consumer Goods/Pharma company currently seeking an external consultant to join our internal team for a duration of 2 months approx.
To analyse our current event management processes and procedures from a quality, compliance, tax and pharma perspective.
We need to identify potential areas for improvement, as well as to design and implement simplified and future-proof processes by working in close collaboration with involved stakeholders.
We are currently undergoing an initial, internal assessment phase, and hiring external support to validate and review the redesigned processes from a compliance, tax, quality and pharmaceutical perspective. The scope of this project is all internal and external events.
Review findings from the internal assessment phase
Challenge, validate and review approach taken for future solution
Guidance with regards to prioritization of most urgent fixes
Provide external best practices
Conduct F2F governance, KPI, and contract review
Act as continuous strategic / sparring partner
We are hoping to wrap our internal assessment phase at the end of January.
We are seeking external support from February – March (approx. 1.5 – 2 months).
Consultant must understand tax & compliance regulations in Germany and ideally have pharma experience. Consultant will need to spend some time in our office in Germany (Neuss) and be based nearby.
