Objectives and Key Deliverables

The MutualArt Group includes the Artist Pension Trust which helps provides financial security to artists. It is one of the world’s largest contemporary art collections with more than 2,000 artists and 14,000 pieces (http://www.aptglobal.org/en/). MutualArt.com (http://www.mutualart.com/) is one of the world’s largest art information services with 500,000 global subscribers. The company is positioned to play a significant role in the mid-market trading of art. The company has strong international backers and recently appointed Mark Sebba, the former CEO of Net-a-Porter and trustee of V&A, as Chairman.

We are planning on scaling up our sales operations for launch in Q3 2016 and want help in planning and implementing the sales function. We are looking for an experienced and hands-on sales planning operations professional to project manage and lead the planning and implementation of our sales function.
Experience setting up telesales operation in a direct marketing environment is desired. In particular experience defining sales organisation structure, sales process mapping, CRM requirements, commission plans, training programs, sales scripts along with prospect targeting and segmentation.

- Project plan
- Sales processes mapping and definition
- Sales CRM high level systems requirements
- Sales advisor job profiles
- Training materials
- Sales incentive structure
- Sales scripts
- Prospect targeting and segmentation
- Unit economics and financial models
- KPIs and management reporting
