Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a global Consumer Goods company currently leading a transformation initiative around customer experience and customer journey. 
This is a digital transformation which will include the development of a B2B platform and associated systems and processes. 
The Solutions Program Manager will be a key role in the success of the program. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design Management
·        Actively participate in solution design through close collaboration with Design &
Delivery Lead, demand team (i.e. BRMs), architecture team & operations team
·        Contribute to solution designs which result in solution robustness, reliability,
sustainability & feasibility
Delivery Management
·        Define detailed project plans & build roadmaps to implement solutions
·        Manage key strategic projects that are vital for the internal customer community
·        Ensure new solutions are linked to concrete business KPIs and that successful
delivery results in achieving concrete business benefits
·        Ensure delivery is compliant with overall delivery methodology, including internal
audit & architectural requirements
·        Active participation in solution shaping phase
·        Introduce innovative elements & best practices from the market, other zones &
implementation providers
• Budget responsibility and follow up – ensure business case has been delivered or
adapted during project lifecycle
• Manage IT related risks
• Track, escalate and resolve issues
• Ensure proper handover to support team with expected service levels
• Conduct post-implementation review
• Assume overall responsibility for the design, development and delivery of Solutions,
including technology, process & organizational changes
• Responsible for resource planning and resource coordination including third party
suppliers
• Set-up routines to monitor & track the compliance of delivery with standard
methodology, ensuring delivery occurs in uniform way with the right speed and
quality Stakeholder Management
• Close cooperation with internal customers and peers in the Solutions team (i.e.
innovation, demand & operations teams) to ensure E2E success of solutions incl.
realization of business benefits
• Organize Steering Committees
• Work closely together with procurement department to identify, select and develop
suitable implementation partners
• Align & liaise with global counterparts to ensure solutions are deployed in most
standard way
• Identify and develop zone/local implementation partner;
Building Business and Technical Acumen
·        Identify business KPIs to link to every project
·        Organize functional & technical design sessions to improve the internal knowledge
of the teams;
