Objectives and Key Deliverables
I am evaluating the creation of a niche consumer brand and have identified 2 potential directions.
1) Curated online retail with no white-label or self manufacturing
2) Private label via either manufacturing or white labeling
I am not from retailing and need to understand the organizational, operational, and financial basics of each approach.
Need a "deck" using word, power point & excel that identifies the key drivers of each approach. Some case analysis of best practices would be appropriate. Sample organization structuring for each platform approach should be prepared including typical in-house and outsourced functions. A cash flow model should also be included that features (well-researched) startup and stabilized costs at various revenue sensitivities.
Must have significant online retail experience that specifically includes financial and operational analysis. This project is US based and all competitive analysis should be US based as well
