Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a multinational energy company and oil & gas supermajor.

To drive and support the business change activities required to underpin our IT simplification agenda. We are focused on aligning and simplifying IT systems to increase customer satisfaction and business value which will drive significant and ongoing change in all parts of the business, supporting the business’ growth agenda. The role is delivery focused and will lead IT-driven business change in a programme or project environment.
The primary purpose of the role is to:

o Work on one change programme, with oversight or management from a Transformational Change Manager
o Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives
o Operate, with support where needed across change management, communications

• Work on projects to:
o Execute the change management plan
o Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
o Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects


• Understanding of change management approaches
• Apply structured Change methodology in delivering change management activities and processes to create strategies to support adoption of changes required by a project or initiative
• Assess the impact of change by evaluating and ensuring readiness, identifying key stakeholders, and conducting impact analyses. Complete change management assessments throughout a project's life cycle
• Facilitate and support the design, development, direction of delivery and deliverables for change management communications
• Support training efforts by providing input in documenting requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
• Create actionable deliverables for the change management levers like Communication Plan, Training Plan, Readiness Plan
• Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organisational levels
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
• Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused
• Confident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environment
• Excellent oral and written presentation skills
• Demonstrated evidence of change management competencies
