Objectives and Key Deliverables

One of the largest FMCG firms in the world is hiring a PRM Specialist in Mumbai for 6 months. The PRM Specialist is the champion of the use of personalised communications to drive better reach and engagement across our brands and categories. PRM Specialist is predominately responsible for business engagement and supports the brands in the creation of the brief, advises on ‘the art of the possible’ and once live, advises on real time course correction. They will also be responsible to create opportunities for business show and tells and own solution frameworks that could address key business questions. They will work with the CCBTs (product category business teams) to advise them on brand growth through data driven marketing.

• Primary Responsibilities
o Within the market, the PRM Specialist champions the roadmap, adoption and engagement in the roll out of PRM capabilities, which include our Cloud Solutions that enable Data Driven Marketing
o In the local markets, supports brand / market PRM roadmap development from PRM Managers and helps shape the overall PRM strategy globally
o Advises on data driven marketing best practice in market and proactively publishes knowledge share updates as part of the global PRM Community meetings, including repeatable toolkits
o Builds and champions innovation & case studies to unlock / demonstrate the business value of PRM
o Responsible for quarterly presentation of the value/ROI delivered from deployed PRM programmes in markets
o Locally responsible for the solutions provided by the global SBA and PRM teams, liaison to senior management in market
o Be the local SBA / PRM product owner and receive all new briefs, feature and capability requests, which need to be challenged and specified before they’re shared with the PRM team
o Tracks all local requests from the Digital Analyst, Consumer Insight Specialist and Digital Marketing Category Lead concerning the PRM applications
o Proactively manages the pipeline of work and demand by collecting, evaluating and passing along incoming briefs to PDC(People Data Centre)/SBA/PRM

• Secondary Responsibilities
o Appraise gaps in the current SBA/PRM support model / information and decide whether these new services / documentation should be introduced
o Stay up-to-date on industry & market best practices, and continually feed new thinking back into the business in regards to personalisation
o Maintain a view of demand across all brands / categories / clusters & flags when resource availability may become a challenge
o Review competitor and non-sector relationship driving programmes to use to inspire brands to increase investment in engagement
o Develop training guides and webcasts to education business about CRM, working with Digital 2.0 and Connected World training team. Ensuring all information is published on our Firm's Digital Hub.

• Deep understanding of our Cloud and data driven marketing capabilities among brand teams
• Case studies on Media, E-com, 1:1 and audience Insights across divisions
• Brand uplifts across digital channels at scale
