Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a global provider of business improvement solutions, operating across 30 countries in 3 regions: Americas, EMEA & APAC.
We are looking for a Change Manager with experience in HR transformation, particularly HRIS implementation (either Workday or Oracle), to deliver the company’s HRIS transformation program across APAC.
Through a team of superusers you will deliver the necessary change program to HR Managers and end users including for example change to job roles, policies, processes, procedures and training etc, ultimately embedding the change into BAU with a robust handover that ensures the change is sustained and benefits realised.
The role is for 6 months, based in Hong Kong with some requirement for occasional travel across APAC.
