Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a private equity fund looking to help our health tech business better structure their sales funnel and lead conversion process.
The business is shifting to a SaaS model and the funnel has changed from when they were selling into hospitals and the marketing and sales process needs to change as well. Our current VP Marketing is focused on content creation so the flow from interest generation through requesting information and then sales closing.
We need to bring in a CMO level person to:
- Understand our current process and work with the incoming CTO and current VP Sales to map future target needs. Month 1-2.
- Create a funnel with clear metrics, content and strategies to push people through the funnel. Month 2-3.
- Roll out the new process. Month 3-4
-Embed the new process. Month 4-6.
The aim is to leave a fully functioning system for the current VP of Marketing to run moving forward.
Our ideal candidate will be a former CMO from a SaaS business within the healthcare industry. Smaller company experience is a big plus.
We are based in Minneapolis, but are open to covering travel from within the US.
