Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a very high growth, popular home security company, doubling in revenue every two years and looking to step-up our finance capabilities following a sizeable investment from one of the world’s leading private equity sponsors.
Key areas we are looking for support are:
-Working with the CFO, the sponsors, and across relevant group functions to understand and establish a set of relevant KPIs for the business to track and monitor performance. The role will include identifying workflow improvements to collect and consolidate the relevant KPIs from across the company
-Helping establish a robust budgeting and tracking process as well as helping the management team establish their first FY19 budget
-Identifying and coordinating other potential improvements to the finance & accounting function which includes but is not limited to identifying improvements to processes, team structure, finance controls and reporting
We are ideally looking for someone with a Big 4 transaction services or investment banking background, with potentially some additional experience within FP&A or the Office of the CFO. We are currently recruiting for roles across this function so, whilst we are looking for an interim hire, we would also be open to someone eventually taking a permanent role within the organisation.
The right person will join a team of 4, based in central Boston and will need to be in place until at least the end of the year.
