To conduct indepth analysis of sales and units listed for current sale in a residential property development nominated by the client, and sales history. This is not market wide: only for the individual developments nominated by the client
the objective is to research the sales history of individual residential off the plan property developments in London, so as to compile data on the original asking price when the development first launched, what has been sold at what price, what units are available for re-sale and through whom and what the original purchase/re-seller had originally contracted to pay, what units are un-sold by the developer or have come back on the market to be resold by the developer and what the original purchase/re-seller had originally contracted to pay, along with specifications on the unit size, anticipated outgoings, anticipated/quoted rental values etc, along with links to the agents offering the sale.
Also, the usual promotional material, and any newspaper reports and property research from real estate companies and property advisory companies as they appear.
also any interesting developments that may be of interest to the client that are come across in the research
this is ideal work for a remote consultant but they may need to chat to various agents developers by phone under guidance from the client to get the information
