Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a renowned management consultancy with offices all around the globe and advise clients in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
We are currently in the final phase of a client acquisition process and need an experienced consultant to support our team.
The client is a public sector entity and has undergone quite some transformation in recent times, including changes in management.
You will be asked to execute an internal audit/review of the senior management’s decision making processes in the past, including an assessment whether or not processes were followed, flag any irregularities and assess the general decision making processes. As this will involve interaction with senior management on delicate topics, an seasoned professional with a proven track record is a must.
As a derivative of the findings, the consultant will be asked to identify improvements, as well as define and implement a more solid decision making process.
Your proposal will only be considered, if you have done internal management audits in the past – please clearly highlight your relevant expertise in your proposal, otherwise we will not be able to consider you.
ASAP: Submission of your proposal
23/03/2018: Submission of final team and offer to our client
29/03/2018: Consultant to join client meeting (tbd)
April 2018: Available for queries
01/05/2018: Expected kick off
