Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are in the prelimineray phase of entering the German market with a game-changing, innovative energy sharing platform that will enable customers to choose a individually and directly an energy provider that fits their personality and preferences, thereby making common energy providers redundant.

Therefore we need creative and strategic support in developing a brand identity, multi-channel marketing strategy and in setting up performance tracking. We are looking for innovative measures focusing on growth, e.g. growth hacking.

Our focus is online, digital and performance, we are following lean startup and agile principles which we also want to establish for all marketing activities.

We are looking for a lead on all marketing activities till successfull market entry

- build an emotional brand based on deep understanding of our customer needs
- building up a lead and conversion focused marketing strategy for our market entry
- steer all relevant marketing activities and channels
- develop and track relevant KPIs
- test and experiment with new lead generation channels within short learning cycles
- brief, select and steer external support (agencies and freelancers)
- supporting the recruiting process for new hires

- highly professional in online/digital marketing
- performance marketing skills
- experience in startup or SME growth
- background from ecommerce, gaming or similar growth markets beneficial
