Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a recruitment company specialising in IT, back office and accounting roles. We aim to bring in recruitment consultants who previously have little experience in the industry but who are looking to kick start a career in the industry.

In the last year, we have noticed a significant drop in our employee retention rate and would like to understand how to ensure that we are hiring the right people and then keeping them.

The key deliverable here will be to work with us to review our hiring process including how to test and frame the company to candidates followed by a review of the way we can keep them on board.

We are interested to work with either a strong management consultant with experience talent management and recruitment, or an experienced, senior recruitment industry professional.
