Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a fast growing industrial software SME. Our business model is similar to ERP companies (for example SAP): we develop our own software which our implementation team deploy at the client. Unlike SAP, as an SME, we cannot outsource all of the implementation to partners yet. Meanwhile, our implementation team is growing fast and the informal process for managing the department that we have been following until now has reached its limit.
We are seeking a mid-level/senior strategy and change management consultant who can help us to redesign our process from sales, to implementation, to billing, with a special emphasis on implementation by creating a system for our industrial software's implementation team.
1. Minimum 7 years consulting experience
2. Experience within an IT firm/engineering company or equivalent
3. Spanish speaking (nice to have)
We are based in Barcelona, the majority of the role can be carried out remotely but some face-to-face meetings would be required.
Daily rate is negotiable depending on seniority and fit. Start date is also flexible.
The goal could be summarized as such (from the book E-Myth): "Build your business based on systems, not individual employees. Create a process that can be duplicated in another business site whenever required. Establish workflows, processes and systems which an employee with the most basic skills can duplicate whenever needed."
