Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are a digital consultancy serving a wide range of corporate and private equity clients. We're about to start helping a mid-tier private equity client to build out their target pipeline.
Starting with a long-list of potential targets, we need to filter down based on a number of hard and soft criteria to produce a short list of potential targets to discuss with the client. Will involve keeping a well structured workbook, adding various bits of data to the list and then scoring the companies against the criteria, and then categorising the shorter list of companies.
Work will be done in Excel or Google Spreadsheets.
A possible phase II will involve building profiles of the shortlisted companies in PPT.
We would like someone five days a week, working from our office in London at least three days per week.
Knowledge of UK digital companies (media, ecommerce, SaaS etc)
Some understanding of PE process useful
