Objectives and Key Deliverables
Our portfolio business (distributing assets to construction sites) based in Boston requires a transformation lead to execute our value creation plan of which 80% of the remaining value in the playbook is now on the commercial side (pricing, SFE, salesforce coverage model, product adjacencies, mix of inside/outside sales, digitalization of customer journey, ecommerce etc.). We need someone with a track record in those concepts.
We need someone to provide insight and monitoring on the growth strategy, soup-to-nuts working with both the sales and marketing leads to create a holistic view point and execute against it.
This environment is hard-charging but fun and our idea consultant has the rare blend of energetic execution, sense of humour and charisma.
Likely background will be McKinsey or Bain commercial practices or a track record of industry execution.
