Overview We are looking to engage consultancy support to asses the UK opportunity for the growth of connectivity provision into care settings and holiday parks as demand for seamless, high-speed connectivity rises in these markets Key areas for the work to cover are:> High level assessment of the opportunity in each market, market drivers and outlook> Map the large players and their sites by type of care or holiday provision and attractiveness of opportunity in each setting> Overview of the key decision makers and influencers in both markets> Understand the channels to market and purchase decision process> Build understanding of connectivity service requirements and service roadmap> Profiles of key incumbent providers and competitive landscape> Entry strategy for providers looking to engage with these marketsOutput Presentations to client – number TBC and succinct PowerPoint deck (c.20 slides) covering:> Market map – care settings and holiday parks> Demand for connectivity and key service requirements> Competitive environment> Sales ‘play book’ covering contacts at key targets, scale and area of opportunityExperience and credentials Team experience should include work with UK providers in both end markets at a group level and ideally include strong working knowledge of service provision into these markets Connections into these UK providers at a director level and ability to source contacts with specific experience in connectivity / IT service provision at these organisations > Client’s industry expert networks can be made available if necessary Strategy experience in market entry – at operational and group strategy levels preferable Sources would be expected to include interviews with key providers at a director level and use of secondary research and dataAppendix – market definitions Work should predominately cover the focus areas in each market Care settings covers a range of levels of support and care including:> Focus: ‘Retirement’ properties, care villages> Limited opportunity: Sheltered housing, Residential / nursing care Holiday parks covers three core settings:> Focus: ‘Fixed site’ holiday parks and villages, static caravan sites> Limited opportunity: Mobile caravan and camp sites
