Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a prominent FMCG firm in Indonesia with an ambitious plan to transform our GTM strategy in the next 24 months. We are looking for a consultant to help us

1) Increase direct coverage from 100K to 300K stores in 2 years
2) Transform the go to market model with a robust distribution network
3) Build IT framework necessary for this transformation
4) Build capability in the sales team

Background required
- Someone with FMCG industry experience (i.e. Unilever, Nestle, Danone) who has both a strategic and operational know how of FMCG ( Personal and Home care) and has done similar projects in Indonesia OR
- Strategy Consulting background from a top tier firm with FMCG transformation experience in Indonesia

Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
T&E budget will be discussed for those who need to travel to Indonesia
