Objectives and Key Deliverables

A foreign card payment company is trying to assess the opportunity to enter Indonesian market. Thus we would like to conduct market research on payments – including credit / debit / prepaid cards (closed loop and open loop), as well as Mobile wallet.

DELIVERABLES:
We internally can provide sample output image on other market, market data through Euromonitor etc., and weekly guidance, along with introducing the consultant to payment company’s Jakarta office (after consultant signs an NDA).
So expectation is qualitative analysis for payments players, products and consumer payments behaviours in local language, as well as interviewing experts and summarising findings together with market statistics data into a PPT.
