Objectives and Key Deliverables

Seeking human capital-focused consultant with 2-4 years post-MBA consulting experience to join a small team on a project for a client in the Financial Services industry.
Projects objectives are to redesign and optimize the Data & Analytics function within a larger enterprise to allow the Data & Analytics organization to support the broader organization┬┤s growth plan. Activities include:
Conducting a current state assessment
Developing a future state organizational model
Building a roadmap to get organization to future state
Building talent aquisition plan, including compentency profiles
Developing RACI and rules of engagement with broader organization

Current state organizational assessment
New organizational model
Roadmap to achieve future state model
Competency Profiles and RACI model for rules of engagement
Talent Acquisition plan

Ideal candidate would have an organizational design background, including experience developing competency profiles, new org models, RACI charters, talent acquisition strategy, etc. as well as experience working with Data/Analytics functions, particularly those in high growth mode.
Experience at a top human capital/ organizational effectiveness consulting firm (e.g. Deloitte, Mercer, BCG, etc.) desirable but not essential.
