Objectives and Key Deliverables

1. To support in developing a HR framework and toolkit that drives strategic thinking, best practice and good governance. In addition to delivering consistency by providing standardized templates, policy, guidelines and report samples

2. To survey emerging markets for potential suppliers in:
a) leadership assessment tools
b) leadership acquisition/recruitment partners financial/insurance sector)
c) leadership development providers (off the shelf/ bespoke content development)
d) Sales training
e) Actuarial training/courses

Outputs can be delivered remotely:

1. Monthly HR reporting template incorporating KPI's and dashboards
2. HR Committee/Remco guideline & report template
3. HR audit template/report
4. Due diligence template/guideline
5. Job description - Board Members, Committee Members
6. HR Metrics Dashboard
7. Support completion of HR framework
8. Performance Review Guide for Managers & Employees
9. List of leadership assessment tools, qualified remuneration advisors, and recruitment partners specialising in Emerging Markets, Sales Training providers, Actuarial Training Providers

HR/Business Administration background. Degree level, previous or current practitioner. Broad knowledge of HR, strong admin and reporting skills
