Objectives and Key Deliverables

Our client is a global Fortune 100 CPG brand, they are seeking a CRM analyst to support them with two projects: 1.Digital Marketing; and 2. Customer Account Management and Consumer Insights

• 30 days: Capabilities assessment for Epsilon/DMP & 1st party;
• 60 days: 1st party attributes built into Epsilon & DMP;
• 90 days: LTV model built using CRM/DMP inputs

1) CRM platform data structure and analysis.
2) 1st party data analysis and insights
4-6 years experience. Possible need for Full time placement.
3) Must be located in NYC
