Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are one of the world’s most prominent consulting firms. Our financial services practice in India is tasked with reimagining consumer journey for one of our leading FS clients. We are looking for a design thinking & ethnographic research lead who will

- Conduct in-depth interviews with those involved in the journey i.e. customer, employee, distributors
- Come back with suggestions to solve pain points during the journey
- Work very closely with the team when the redesigned journey frame is being put together

- Design graduate
- Mid level (7-8 years) who has done design thinking, ethnographic research and journey re-imagination
- Doesn't need to understand the domain (FS) so well

- Project Duration: 5-6 month
- Full time
