Objectives and Key Deliverables

Ensure an effective hand over from the current Payroll Manager.
Hand over to the new Payroll Manager when they join the organisation
Individual must have ADP Freedom experience
Experience of ADP HR.NET would be advantageous

Once current payroll manager leaves:

Process monthly and fortnightly payrolls across multiple UK entities
Submit accurate pension details and support external pension scheme advisors
Work with the finance department to ensure that all employees continue to be coded and costed
Ensure the accurate and timely submission of the monthly PAYE return
Complete Government payroll statistics returns and required employee information requests
Produce accurate and timely reports for headcount and payroll costs

ADP Freedom Experience
Solid understanding on HMRC payroll legislation
Payroll qualification – CIPP or equivalent
