A large retail company is looking to launch
their Open ERP (OERP) on August
1st throughout the business, a number of tasks need to be completed prior to
launch to enable a smooth and accurate transition to the new system. Tasks  Required prior to launch.  • Stocktake of complete warehouse • Own brand and stock inventory review and update • Data Cleanse • Data Migration • Training manual on OERP • Staff training on OERP • Quote to OERP handover procedure • Changes to Standard Operating Procedures in-line with OERP • Own brand labelling  Other requirements  • Warehouse process review • Customer communication review including Welcome Pack • Aftersales process review • Terms and condition update • OERP improvement plan and schedule 

Must be available in London on the following.Tuesday
16th July - Scope day Monday
22nd to Thursday 25th - Project tasks Friday
26th to Saturday 27th - Stock Take  Monday
29th - Stock Take data upload Monday
29th to Wednesday 31st - Final round of system and data testing Tuesday
30th - Project sign off Thursday
1st August - Go live
