Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are a company in the Financial Services space. We are looking for a consultant to support a project with one of our clients on-site in Madrid, Spain.
We will support the launch of a acquiring platform for a bank and we need:
- Support the creation of an implementation roadmap and track responsibility mapping
- PMO lead for coordination with bank and 3rd party stakeholders
- Progress monitoring and continuous adaptation of the plan
- Technical and operative solution detailing support and supervision
- Coordination of the implementation based on several workstreams
- Structure communication to present to leadership

We will need specific knowledge on payments processing and acceptance
