Objectives and Key Deliverables
The Transition Project Support role is responsible for the design, set up and management of tools, templates and processes for Transition. The role will provide a single point of contact for Transition PMO activities and ensure integration and compliance with PMC protocols and requirements. The role will be responsible for maintenance and update of Transition schedules, logs and trackers, and for ensuring integration with Programme level documents.
The role will be 8+ months and is expected to start mid to late February.
The role will be based in London, with a requirement to travel periodically within the UK as necessary
Deliver professional project management services, representing the Delivery Partner.
Integrate effectively into a diverse team comprising several organisations.
5-7 years of project management experience. Mix of industry and consulting background a plus.
Transition management experience
