We have recently been approached by our client, a leading E-Commerce platform. They have approached us as they currently looking to for  a consultant for a 3 week of-site Canadian Market Analysis.Stage 1: Country e-commerce market size, evolution ,and forecast.Understanding of the key e-commerce drivers and its evolution overtime (%internet usage, %purchase online, %BB penetration, etc.) Stage 2: Push discount Market study, Profiling the best companies in this market based on Traffic, funding, revenues Launch date.Detailed study of the “1-day deals” segment.Stage 3 Market Entry Opportunity Assessment. Understand which are the main online marketing channels used by the top “push discount” players to acquire clients in the Country. Provide SWOT analysis on market entry. Stage 4: In-depth analysis for the product verticals Wine, Sports, Electronics, Kitchen, Groceries, Bio-products Internet penetration and Market retail size CPC / Competition estimates based on top segment keywords on Ad Words.

The consultant must
have  >2-3 years of consulting
experience or equivalent from top consulting firms. Connections in Canada's
internet industry are also key to do some bench-marking and get some expert industry
opinions.Start-up and/or
internet experience would be a plus

Top tier MBA would be
