Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator (Legal Secretary).

The ideal candidate will need to be extremely professional, polished, and have excellent communication skills.
Law firm experience is required for this position.

Duties required:

Phone coverage
Extensive travel arrangements
Internal review of meetings with working attorney and Operations Manager
CLE scheduling and reporting 9for group attorneys)

Scheduling/External (client meetings)
Prepare for meetings/confirm files are complete
Initial consults
Review meetings
Client Events
Sporting events
Business Development Efforts

Coordinate with Operations Manager to schedule Referral Source/Prospect meetings
Update sharepoint client tracker for upcoming meetings
Update salesforce to track prospective clients
Chrome river expenses
Assist with monthly billing support
Time entry
Insurance submissions
Mail processing and distribution
Back-up: Word Processing-draft letters of transmittal, edits

Hours are from 8:30am-5pm with lots of overtime required.
