Objectives and Key Deliverables
We are an established small Accountancy practice for 18 years providing all aspects of a full practice to SMEs and sole traders. We aim to increase our current sales and capture a greater share of the market within the Greater London and Surrey area. We require greater exposure and PR to enhance our sales and reputation and ensure the business continues to develop at a good rate in the next few years.
The bottom line is to get us appointments in front of prospective clients so we can then deliver and convert. Not enough lead generation is present at the moment.
After an initial face to face meeting this can be done remotely.
An overview of our media and website presence and current structure.
Then onto lead generation tactics and possible improvements internally to achieve maximum lead generation.
Experience in the Accountancy industry, and previous background in business expansion will be preferred.
