Objectives and Key Deliverables
We have a requirement for a post merger integration specialist to assist us with running a Post-merger integration project for a company offering cloud based transformation services and is acquiring another company in the same domain.
- The candidate should have preferably 10+ years of experience in IT services sector, having managed / headed at least 2 – 3 post merger integration assignments, end to end, in his career.
- If possible, he/she should be familiar / have worked for companies offering cloud based transformation services to clients.
- If he / she requires additional support to deliver this project for us, should be able to source his own team members for the assignment. Or, at least have a method for sourcing further required team members to execute the end to end post-merger integration exercise.
Duration of engagement : 4 – 6 months
Location : New Delhi, India
Time requirement : Full time (5 days a week – Monday to Friday)
Compensation : as per industry standards
