Objectives and Key Deliverables
We want to reshape the habits, policies, and procedures of my contracting business to model Kiewit construction in the US.
We want to learn how top tier firms like Kiewit create to drive cashflow, efficiency, procurement, pricing/estimation, reporting, corporate governance, risk management and employee ownership plans.
The key aspect of this project is to work with a consultant who has had existing hands on experience with a firm like Kiewit.
We are looking for detailed information on the objectives mentioned above.
The consultant would be required to write a report on the best practices of Estimation/pricing, operations and execution, procurement, cash flow and financial analysis, reporting, risk management, governance and productivity measurement. The report will be driven by a 6-page questionnaire, entitled Project Picasso, provided by the client.
The cost of the project would have to be based on the consultants’ estimate of the time required to complete the report.
The project can be remote but there will be a lot of back and forth between us and the consultant.
A consultant with extensive experience working with top tier contracting firms in the US preferably.
Note: This project can be done remotely and on a part-time basis.
