Objectives and Key Deliverables
Work with functional leadership to develop, manage and execute an approach and plan for a European acquisition covering all functions (Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Regulatory, Legal, R&D)
The client already has a high level plan in place, but is looking to drill this down to a more granular level.
Ideal candidate would have strong project management experience from a big 4 consulting firm, and preferably worked on some type of integration activity within healthcare.
Ideal candidate will also have some experience in mergers, so they know what needs to change from a legal standpoint.
Project starts in the beginning of January and run for 4-5 months.
Integration approach by function, spelling out a vision and roadmap to achieve it.
Mechanism to track and monitor status
Mechanism to track and resolve issues
Risk and issue logs (weekly)
Project Status report/dashboard (weekly)
Broad cross-functional knowledge and experience
Strong knowledge of core operational processes (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay etc)
Knowledge of the medical device industry and the associated regulatory environment (less important)
Prepared to roll up sleeves and help functional leads where necessary
