Objectives and Key Deliverables

We are interested in win-loss research and analysis of our B2B SMB segment to understand commonalities and trends in renewal deals we are losing. We are investigating two segments: 1-15 seats and 16-250 seats (of endpoint security). We would be able to provide a list of these customers as well as a questions we would like answered. We want to identify obstacles as well as what role our channel resellers are playing in this process.

We are looking for a PowerPoint presentation (10 slides per segment) summarizing the findings.

- Experience in IT industry preferred, especially B2B
